Greetings and appologies to all!!! Please forgive me for my huge lack of posting lately and complete absence from the IM scene. As most of you know I have been in the process of relocating and it makes it difficult to keep up with these things. This week I will finally have my stuff back after living out of a suitcase for nearly 3 months. Drag of drags. So here is the uber update on beej:
-Moved to Alaska
-Bought a house, its brown and has a view of birch trees and mountains (YAY!!)
-Actually almost enjoy my job now
-Adopted 2 (yes two) 10 week olds Rot/Lab mixes
That should about sum it up for every one. Oh, check this out. You all know that I get 2 weeks twice a year to come back and spend time with y'all. Well, you can thank my sister-in-law for my absence this summer. There a few great truths in life, like eventually you will die and spandex pants shouldnt be made larger than size 12 (and that may be pushing it). Only slightly less well known, but every bit as true is that the air force band will always ALWAYS have to work on the 4th of July. I raise this point because the afore mentioned sister-in-law is getting married on the 3rd and the reception is on the 5th. I can't be there. Sending wife instead. Not real happy 'bout it. But, rather than showing up a week late and hanging out I have decided to save up my time off for this winter and explore Alaska. I might go salmon fishing of climb Mt McKinley or something. Its a pretty happening place aside form the price of produce. I just have to learn to like canned peaches.
